Pricing Leader - BPO/IT

ROLE : Pricing Leader – India/South Asia

Location- Gurgaon

Yrs of Exp - 15 + Yrs

QUALIFICATION : Qualified CA/ MBA Finance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Strong understanding of P&L , cash flow, complex financial concepts, understanding of balance sheet

- Work on existing and new deals for India and GMU (Growth Market Units)

- Work closely with Sales & Solutioning and Services Delivery teams

- Lead and Manage a team of Finance & Pricing professionals

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Strong hands on experience in pricing or finance

- Strong analytical ability and analytical bent of mind – ability to structure complex deals in conjunction with the sales teams

- Good understanding of client pain points etc or Client facing experience

- Proven Negotiating experience – pricing and related contractual terms

- Very good communication skills

- Good understanding of BPO / IT services industry

- Strong on collaboration and Ability to take independent decisions

- Continuous improvement approach to problem solving

- People management experience (preferably a team of 3 to 5 ppl at a min)

- Strong understanding and posturing on controls and compliance

- Ability to build and enhance functional processes

- Ability to work within a matrixed organization, across sales, solutioning and services delivery

- Maintain strong controls and compliance posture

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to travel, primarily within India but occasionally internationally

- Flexible working hours, particularly during final deal negotiations
