Job Description :
- Responsible for Pricing of RFPs, RFIs, RFQ's & Proactive Bids
- Need to coordinate with various teams for getting final and optimize inputs. Validation of inputs received for price calculation and analysis of cost items to be factored in price to cover every cost aspects.
- Benchmarking of pricing from market perspective and need to prepare various reports for management.
- Finalizing terms and conditions from commercial stand point for deal to be priced e.g. termination, Ex Rate protection, COLA, availability of seat in delivery location, rebadging, etc.
- Evaluate deals involving complex structuring including rebadging, redundancy, asset refresh, migration, etc.
- Reviewing the MSA and BID documents and highlighting the key issues from financial perspective.
- Supporting Sales and legal teams during contract terms finalization and negotiations with customers and participating in discussions with Contract Closure, Sales and Delivery teams to structuring, preparing, negotiating and finalizing Master Services Agreement, Statement of Works and Commercial Proposals.
- Preparing approval deck for COO, CFO and CEO approval.
- Should have excellent Excel knowledge
