Our mission is to help small businesses in the travel and tourism industry by giving them access to advanced analytical systems that are often restricted to large companies. We're experiencing a significant growth spurt, and are looking to bring on someone who can help our customers use PriceLabs to it's fullest potential. There are four major streams of work for this role: Location : Bandra West - Onboarding&nbsp;: As you'll see from reviews online (https://www.capterra.com/p/158348/PriceLabs/) we have built a powerful product. But that also means it takes some effort reading our onboarding material, and a good teacher for a new customer to master it. That's where you come in! - Support&nbsp;: As our users use the platform, there are times when they need our help to troubleshoot something - to figure out what they did wrong, or figure out why in spite of doing everything right something isn't working as expected. - Outreach&nbsp;: Prospective customers often reach out to us asking for more information. Sometimes this requires answering the specific questions they have over email, sometimes doing a phone call, and sometimes a live video demo works best for them. - Feedback&nbsp;: Our product and development teams have built the product to what it is by learning the customer's pains from doing the the above three. And we don't intend to stop learning - you'll fill in that gap by communicating the best ideas and worst pain points from interacting with the customers. Requirements : - Empathy and patience. - Curiosity and a problem solving mindset. - Previous experience at a start-up or in a customer service role. - Strong analytical background - our product is very math and numbers heavy! - Comfortable with technology - our product is a cloud based service, and it interacts with multiple other cloud based services. A good understanding of how technology works across platforms is necessary. - Experience with Databases (including SQL queries), Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint.
