Profile : Preventive Quality Assurance

Qualification : Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (Min 70% in 10th,12th,Diploms,B.E./B.Tech)

Experience : 3-7 YEARS

Location : Chennai

Job Description :

- Hands on experience in Frame Shop / Frame Assembly Quality Assurance.

- Relevant experience in Frame Shop Quality/ Sheet metal - 5 mm .

- Understand the Engineering drawing and has to confirm the parts as per drawing.

- Knowledge of manufacturing process of Frame Assembly.

- Knowledge of GD&T and measurement process

- Adherence of sampling inspection plan

- Controlling the Quality of supplier parts

NOTE : Do not apply in following cases :

- Exposure in Supplier Quality only.

- Experience in Part Development.

- Exposure in other than Sheet Metal.

- Less than 70% in 10th,12th,Diploms,B.E./B.Tech

- Other than Automobile background.

- High CTC expectation.
