PrettySecrets - Product Manager

PRODUCT MANAGER

The product manager will essentially be the product owner of prettysecrets.com, our proprietary e-commerce website.

Prospective candidates must be able to demonstrate proven digital commerce vision, strategy, and execution across desktop, mobile, and apps.

This position requires strong business leadership, technology acumen, and ability to provide the appropriate level of influence at all levels.

The PM is responsible for managing all facets (concept to delivery) of integrated digital/interactive product delivery; including creative, business and technical requirements, project scope, post-release support, and marketing strategies.

The position requires close coordination with Tech, Merchandise, Digital Marketing, Inventory, Creative and Customer Support teams.

A Successful Candidate Will Have the Following Responsibilities:

1. The candidate must have a passion for great customer experience and empathize with users- goals and challenges, demonstrating good instincts about customer behavior and business dynamics.

2. Consider business objectives when developing wireframes, PRDs, and product roadmaps.

3. Collaborate with all lines of business stakeholders to understand the feasibility and subsequent deliverability of the solution.

4. Gather, document, research, develop and effectively communicate project approach, scope, and timelines. Quickly identify and provide visibility to any variances.

5. Develop and manage UAT processes.

6. Identify and manage external vendor relationships that are needed to advance business goals.

7. Analyse support issues to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

8. Lead regular evolution of web&mobile product management.

9. Study Marketing Analytics to perform pre/post launch analysis of each product.

10. Ensure site is operational and meets service level agreements (SLAs).

11. Provide recommendations to business team based on customer feedback and known problem areas.
