ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Marketing (Search) Manager will develop digital marketing strategies and oversee execution to support acquisition-marketing efforts for PrettySecrets.com. This role will be responsible for paid online channels including paid search (SEM), display & re-marketing.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Develop and maintain SEM accounts and campaigns

- Manage paid search media.

- Assist in landing page development and optimization

- Conduct rigorous split A/B testing on copy and design

- Manage external digital vendors if any

- Analyze effectiveness across all programs and paid digital channels

- Manage digital budgets / allocations for each campaign

- Present proposals for new paid strategies, media vendors and opportunities

- Ensure all search media content is on-brand and aligned with campaigns and messaging

- Contribute to the overall search marketing strategy including SEO including content optimization for SEO.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising

- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years developing and executing search campaigns

- Experience with PPC, paid search and SEM mandatory.Proven experience of all phases of search marketing: Keyword research, developing copies, testing etc.

- Proven experience in running Search marketing campaigns on mobile

- Strong analytical skills and experience working with differing sources of data.

- Desire to thrive in an analytic and technology based environment.

- Ability to provide critical input on overall digital marketing strategy, execution and overall effectiveness.

- Extensive knowledge and experience with Google Adwords, Yahoo! Sponsored Search and Bing AdCenter.

- Strong knowledge of the customer acquisitions on both desktop and mobile.

- Proficiency in Excel and the ability to grasp internal information systems

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and high ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
