Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Leading and collaborating across cross-functional teams in the development and advancement of key initiatives
- Drive large transformation projects across technology adoption, process change, cost optimization etc.
- Participate in project alignment meetings and standups to execute project as per plan
- Consult & negotiate with Seniors and stakeholders on productivity, timelines of the project delivery
- Create, manage and present consolidated project tracker to senior management and raise red flags if required
- Analyzing trends & MIS and build insights for decision-making in existing businesses
- Supporting in preparation of critical business presentations, reports, proposals, budgets and related activities
Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience & Interest in project management, business analysis
- Candidates with prior experience of working in General Insurance companies preferred but not mandatory
- Exceptional program management skills, stakeholder management within a matrix environment
- Well versed with MS office - Power point, Excel etc.
- Skilled at collaborating with, and engaging others
- Engaging, creative and energetic personality traits
- Sharp analytical ability to derive meaningful and impactful design and execution of programs and projects
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence throughout the organization regardless of level or role
Key Requirements - Education & Certificates :
- Master's degree (MBA) from premier/ tier 2 B-school
- Project Management certifications
