Job Description:

The President/Vice President of Education Sector at our Group will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our educational institutions, comprising two universities, colleges, and schools. With a rich history spanning two decades in the education sector and over 35,000 students currently enrolled, we are committed to delivering high-quality education while expanding our offerings, including future plans to include medical courses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. - Academic Leadership:

- Provide visionary leadership to enhance the academic quality and reputation of our Group's educational institutions.

- Collaborate with faculty and academic staff to develop and implement innovative curricula and teaching methodologies.

- Foster a culture of academic excellence, research, and continuous improvement.

2. - Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the education sector, aligning with our Group's overall mission and objectives.

- Identify growth opportunities and new educational programs, including the introduction of medical courses.

3. - Financial Management:

- Take responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) of the education sector, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.

- Develop and manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and implement cost-effective strategies.

4. - Student Experience:

- Focus on enhancing the overall student experience, including academic support, extracurricular activities, and student services.

- Monitor student feedback and implement improvements to ensure student satisfaction.

5. - Accreditation and Compliance:

- Ensure that all institutions within Sage Group maintain the highest standards of accreditation and compliance with regulatory bodies.

- Stay up-to-date with education sector regulations and make necessary adjustments to policies and practices.

6. - Community Engagement:

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, faculty, parents, alumni, and the broader community.

- Represent our Group in educational forums, conferences, and partnerships.

7. - Innovation and Technology:

- Embrace and promote the use of technology and digital tools to enhance the educational experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- A master's or doctoral degree in education, administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in academic leadership roles within the education sector.

- Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets and achieving financial goals.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- A deep commitment to educational quality, ethics, and inclusivity.
