President/SVP - Warehousing/Cold Storage - Real Estate

- To set up and manage a national advisory/transaction service role for Warehousing/Cold Storage business vertical

1. Provide advisory/transaction service role to clients wanting to set up Warehousing facility in India or play a marketers role to existing WH/Cold Storage clients

2. Facilitate activities such as Identifying/acquisition of land, getting permissions, funding, client acquisition/servicing, technology assistance

3. Ensure productivity and achievement of aggressive targets business numbers & clients

4. Maintain high quality of service to global standards

A) Requisite : 

i) Upto 45 years of age

ii) MBA preferred

iii) Experience and understanding of Warehouse/Logistics market in India and exposure to key players in the eco system

iv) Demonstrated experience in handling/setting up PAN India network with an advisory role

v) Must have worked in a system driven MNC / JV
