People Resources has been engaged by a very well established and fast growing E-commerce platform and solutions company to help them find Business Head for their software services division. Our client helps its clients in setting up and managing their online retail business

Requires the following personal attributes :

- Lead Software Services Business Unit for Company :

- Manage profitability and revenue targets for this business.

- Bringing strong delivery leadership through people, processes and automation to drive high quality work output for customers

- Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of +100 high energy professionals keeping organization goals and peoples ambitions in mind

- Drive continuing innovation in processes, productivity and automation to increase the revenue per resource.

- Attract talent, identify and mentor future leaders and coach them to be effective managers and leaders.

- Create and Achieve all goals for High Performers and Mid performers by creating personalised career goals for the team

- Developing a progressive recruitment, induction, ongoing training and research system to ensure high quality substance and capabilities in the entire team

- Forward looking in building / adopting new technologies to boost existing operations. Also contribute to organization strategy on road map for technology, systems and process of this business unit.

- Developing deep rooted relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and growth with existing customers through account mining

- Providing them overall account management as well as business consulting to solve customer problems.

- Creating road maps for customers and working across sales and solutions team to deliver on those road maps.

- Align with sales and solutions team to provide the required pre-sales support for aggressive growth plans of the company and ensure gain market share and wallet share

- Part of the strategy team to create a strategic growth roadmap through existing and new solutions

Job Requirements and Experience :

- Deep Understanding of Target Customer Value Chain i.e. Pure Play Ecommerce Players, Retailers and CPG Brands

- Should have experience in managing mid to large software development teams and should have managed projects delivery in highly dynamic environment.

- Should have experience in managing all revenue Streams i.e. Projects, Support and Enhancements and Staffing

- The person should have a good experience of managing a market program. Market program would include

- Experience in designing long term strategy for a tech business

- Partnering with technology vendors for new SI partnerships

- Actively worked on deal structuring and commercials in the sales process

- Sound understanding and experience of all Ecommerce Technologies on front and back end of e-retail value chain and can help us to get into new technologies and systems

- The person should have a background of having launched a new service lines and system integration business in an existing organization.

- Experience in launching a new service should include the market side (partnership, marketing, sales programs etc), and the delivery side (building a fresh team from scratch)
