Roles and Responsibilities:
- The incumbent shall be responsible for managing Business P&L for sales, Marketing and CRM will be developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
- He / She will be responsible for hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
- Lead a large Team of Sales.
- Driving profit, revenue and growth and end to end solutions for all the stakeholders, by owning and running the operations efficiently.
- Seasoned operational and admin professional, responsible for bringing in customer-centric thought in operations & services.
- Responsible for delivering top-line and bottom-line growth, considering cost impacts.
- Increasing the customer-base using business development activities and strategize expansion to different verticals.
- Re-launch and Sales of leftover/tough stock in various ongoing/finished projects ensuring positive cash flow.
- Established working relationships with senior management and business leaders to assist identification and development of strategic business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent Communication skills with pleasing personality.
- 15+ Years of Experience of handling Sales, Marketing & CRM for Luxury Residential & Commercial Properties in Northern India.
