We are currently seeking a President of B2C financial software Sales, based out of Chennai,India. In this role you will oversee the sales operations for all direct & sales channels. You will lead by example and be personally responsible for developing a high performing sales team. This will include developing new business as well as developing and maintaining long term strategic relationships resulting in increased revenue as well as branding and marketing the company as a leader of choice. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement an immediate / quarterly / and long term strategic sales plan that identifies opportunities, risk and resources required to maximize revenue stream - Manage the current sales team to achieve objectives by conducting performance reviews and ongoing customer pipeline, coaching and feedback - Hire and develop additional sales management; establish and foster an environment of best practices through effective team mentoring, coaching and leadership - Keep current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors - Lead the sales team in creating and managing a pipeline process across accounts and expanding the breadth and depth of existing pipeline opportunities through direct and/or indirect sales channels. - Improve and optimize the recruiting and training process. - Conduct weekly sales meeting with all channels - Travel is a requirement of the job, this will include on average one week a month - Develop new product and market strategies Got what it takes? - The ideal candidate will possess an ability to project a highly professional image in a variety of settings/presentations. As well, you will need to be able to work independently to achieve required objectives within company and regulatory requirements utilizing and leveraging various forms of related software and technology. - Result driven with a strategic mindset and a strong business acumen with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - You must possess a minimum of 10 years B2C financial software experience in a Sales Director/leadership role - Highly organized, self-starter, demonstrated creativity, resourcefulness and strong leadership - Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the ability to present and influence at an executive level - Proven track record of scaling diverse sales teams
