Should have managed a team of 30 to 40 people. 2. Exposure to process development and route synthesys. 3. Exposure to ARD &amp; PRD process. 4. Good track record of transfer of ADL to production. 5. Good interpersonal and team management skills. 6. Experience to handle the entire gamut of regulatory aspects in terms of analytical capabilities. 7. He should be well aware of the SOPs, GMP and the safety norms to be followed in the labs. Location : Maharashtra Role and responsibilities : - Will be in-charge for 10-member research team. - Coordinate with all Cross- functional departments. - Motivate the members of the team continuously and get the most out of them. - Should have thorough understanding of In process research to design the route of synthesis, process development analytical development and scale-up technology from established CRAMS, API research company. - Team management
