Job Description :

- Overall In charge of factory operations

- To enhance the productivity of the factory

- To implement innovative manufacturing practices

- To increase the quality of operations

- To enhance efficiency of the factory w. r.t. productivity, quality cost reduction etc

- To guide all the Heads of department tna lead them to enhance their efficiency

- To plan and implement all the targets and review daily, monthly and yearly schedules

- To prepare standard operating procedures for all the activities and operations

- To find out new technology and implement the same for enhanced productivity
