President - Human Resources (International)

- This role is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction for the Co's International Team, specifically in the areas of employee relations, succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, employee engagement and international relocation administration.

- You will work closely with business leaders to solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions. Working with the company's leaders and managers, this individual taps into a strong knowledge of business operations and people practices to promote the company's strategic priorities, culture, mission and values.

- This individual collaborates with others across functions to assess situations, analyze data, challenge conventional wisdom, and create new practices to ensure we hire, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and engage talented people.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Developing a comprehensive HR plan that aligns to and supports the business strategy, utilizing sources of data such as P&L, budget and other internal reporting systems. Lead development of organization diagnoses.

- This role will provide leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions internationally, including employee relations, talent acquisition, development, reward, employee engagement and organizational design and change.

- Implement and oversee the organization's global HR functions and performance to ensure effective support in all related countries, as well as manage HR due diligence and transaction support for merger & acquisition or divestment activity, including integration and change management.

- The successful candidate will drive key International HR initiatives across departments, including: strategic HR/succession planning, staffing, performance and talent management, compensation planning, training and development, leadership development, labor relations, rewards and recognition, organizational effectiveness, employee communication and team enhancement work cultures.

- You will work with the Talent Acquisition staffing team providing support to hiring managers in staffing activities. The role will develop talent, including performance and behavioral assessment, future potential classification, succession planning and development training needs.

- This role will develop and integrate diversity and inclusion strategies into business plans to ensure an inclusive approach to employees, customers, consumers and partners.

- This leader will create and implement strategic vision for all international training and development programs to drive continuous improvement in productivity, compliance, performance and service. Develop targeted integrated programs that link individual development, employee satisfaction and productivity to the overall strategic business plan.

- Provide company-wide budgeting guidance to department leaders in establishing global and local training competencies. Evaluate the overall training needs and priorities of the business and implement solutions that will close knowledge or performance gaps and improve key skills and competencies.

- Manage the worldwide responsibility for movement of all international assignees, including all administrative tasks.

- The role will coach, develop and challenge the Co's International Leadership Team on the execution of growth plans and on people leadership.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

I. MBA in Human Resource Development or MSW with 20+ year's broad-based HR experience required. 5-7 years' experience required at senior management level with international operations experience in a Major Company MNC or a Large Organisation.

II. Working knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines such as performance management, compensation and benefits, organization development, employee relations, and industrial relations

III. Commercially savvy, numerate and results focused with robust exposure to human resources practices

IV. Agile, adaptive and able to drive and deliver business-relevant HR solutions

V. Demonstrated good knowledge of India employment law and regulations

VI. Possesses track record in stakeholder engagement and management across all levels

VII. Confident with influencing and building relationships across cultures and levels

Geographical Experience

i. Experience in managing, operating and administering HR within India & International as a whole is a must

ii. Working experience including participated in projects outside of India & internationally

iii. General Management across a multiple of HR functions is a must

iv. Cross cultural, cross organizational stakeholder management experience

v. Highly interactive and good with interpersonal connectivity

vi. High energy, fast paced and an action-oriented goal getter

vii. Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral)

viii. Business acumen

ix. Analytical and demonstrated structured and strategic thinking abilities

x. Organized and systematic

xi. Possesses the capacity and willingness to manage change, uncertainties and complexities. Works well under pressure
