- Seeking an experienced Finance professional with over 20 years of experience with focus on fund-raising, IPO, and banking relations experience.

- Lead fundraising efforts, including debt financing, equity financing, and initial public offerings (IPO).

- Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical activities to support the company's major business decisions and overall financial health.

- Provide analysis in decision-making in all matters operational, financial, and strategic.

- Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.

- Optimize the company's capital structure to support growth and expansion.

- Maintaining key relationship with banks; Ensure custody of all organization's critical documents; Credit control; Interact with GST, Income Tax, Insurance companies, Financial Institutions and Government offices,

- To be a Business partner with strategic and operational focus, leading a low cost financial organization.

- Developing a road-map to scale the business over the next couple of years

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to shareholders, regulatory authorities, and the board of directors

Qualification:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with a post qualification experience of minimum 16 years (Must have)

- Progressive financial leadership experience.

- Strong understanding of IFRS

- Reporting to the Promoter
