- Custodian of Organization Health and ensure best workplace environment

- Develop financial models to analyze various business opportunities

- Bring industry best practices in F & A policies and processes and implement

- Close monthly accounts in time

- Close monthly accounts in x days

- Best practice is for Internal Audit to report to ED to eliminate conflict of interest.

- Take cost savings initiatives

- Treasury Management

- Digitalize Accounts processes to drive better controls, better audit trail, better analytics, better costs, greater consistency, better response, (next two years)

- Establish and develop relations with internal senior management and external partners

- Support strategy development and enable its execution. He / she also plays a role in prioritizing and ensuring the strategy can be funded.

- Build relationship with bankers/ financial institutions for augmenting working capital facilities and other fund requirements of the company

- Manage all transaction processes and delivery of products & services
