President - Finance - FMCG

This position demands a highly seasoned Finance professional who will be the face of the organization in the Corporate / Financial world to represent the organization to the stake holders, bankers, stock exchanges and the channels in overseas.

Therefore, the portfolio requires a strong financial and commercial acumen to oversee the following responsibilities and competencies:

- Strong accounting skills should oversee as overall Accounts head, MIS.

- Strong day to day banking administration and all matters of management of working capital.

- Competent to utilise Secretarial skills.

- Should be able to manage costing, budget, planning in an effective manner.

- Analysis and manage monthly financial statement including Balance sheet and various MIS reports.

- Banking, LCs Import and Export including negotiation, LCs, Invoice/PDC Discounting all Treasury Function.

- Analysis of variances actual cost vs. Budget.

- Able to manage and develop good contacts with Banks, Auditor and Solicitor.

- Should have strong team leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Able to manage large nos. of payables and release supplier's payments with strict deadlines.

- Sales related supports to project sales team to achieve target sales in pricing on product wise.

- Reconciliation Supplier, Customers, and related parties.

- Closely follow up with clients to collect the dues in time.

- Various monthly, weekly MIS Reports on strict deadlines.

- Project Financing including Project Reports for banks.

- Insurance matters

- Inventory and internal Control.

- Cash Flow Forecasts

- Internal & year end external Audit.

- Scrutinize - accurate expenses booking.

- Supervise and oversee day to day operational finance and accounts functions including liaison with banks for funded and non funded limit. Manage and co-ordinate company's various MIS Reports, management financial accounting and variance analysis of actual against budget.

- Advice and coordinate debt financing and debt service payments with external agencies, analysis of capital structures, and other ratio analysis to see the bank covenants.

- Interact with banks review on current and future facilities negotiation for working Capital funded and non funded facility.

- Analyse and review of monthly/quarterly and annual MIS reports of actual revenues, expenses, revenue recognition, extensive variance analysis, transfers of expenses etc.

- Deal with the Credit Rating Agency for credit rating of Company's Fixed Deposit.

- Supervise and checking Payroll for salaries and wages for large nos. employees including bank transfer.

- Supervise costing and scrutiny of internal control system including Inventory system.

- Able to manage the preparation of financial outlooks, financial forecasts and fund management activities, performance budgets, generate and analysis of various MIS Reports.

- Annual Budget, new project finance report for Bank to get new facilities.

- Able to manage in Trade finance matter like Letter of Guarantees, LCs, Bill/PDC discounting, etc.

- Should have good interaction with internal departments and corporate staff to develop long term business plans for the company.

- Look for company's cost saving for transaction relating to banks, suppliers, logistics dealing with Lines for Shipment follow-up and other Freight Forwarding matters.

- All types of Insurance matters, All property Risk, WC, Medical, Marine etc.

- Review and analysis of various weekly and monthly MIS reports for management with strict deadlines for management decision making purpose.

- Maximum utilization of banking facilities. Drafting and execution of term loan deed and negotiation for cost of funds for additional working capital facility.

- Feasibility study on financials, ratios, Forecasts, Financial Modelling and Consolidation.

- Interact and liaison on company's legal and financial issues with solicitor, external auditor Bankers and other legal Governing authorities.

- Interact with Investment Banker/Merchant Banker with respect to raising of fresh capital/placement of shares/with the private equity investors along with knowledge of such activities in an environment of listed space.

THE POSITION WOULD REPORT TO THE BOARD FOR ALL POLICY INITIATIVES AND PROCESS AND WHOLLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ABOVE PROCESS.
