One of our clients is a very well established fee based NBFC offering services in the area of Corporate Advisory, Stressed Asset Restructuring, Investment Banking, Debt Syndication, Merchant Banking etc. Their corporate office is in Mumbai with branches in Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad and DUBAI.

They are on the look our for : President - Debt Syndication , Mumbai.

LOCATION : Mumbai

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Will broadly include but not limited to below mentioned :

- Analysing the Financial statements, Business Model, Working Capital Cycles, and assessing the credit needs.

- Finalisation of Project information memorandum, including assessment of credit requirement.

- Approaching/Liaisoning with banks/financial institutions for arranging credit needs of clients.

DESIRED PROFILE :

Age : not exceeding 35 years

- CA/MBA (Finance) with an experience of minimum 10 years+ in Debt Syndication/Corporate Banking with banks / financial institutions.

- General insight into working of various industry segments and their special needs.

- Relationships with corporate and lending communities are a MUST.

- Approach should be result oriented and goal oriented.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Remuneration : 30 / 40 LAKHS.
