President/Business Head/Chief Executive Officer - Automobile Industry

Business Head, with the support and guidance of the JV partners, will be responsible for leading the company in establishing special vehicles brand amongst consumers and dealers. The priorities include market understanding, dealer support and development, meeting business goals, working with JV partners to ensure timely project management for launch of vehicles and attainment of financial goals.

Experience:

- Total 12-20 years of total experience, with 5+ years of experience in leadership position handling a team of at least 10 people

- Start-up experience or doing greenfield/ start up projects under companies

- Experience in passenger cars segment will be a plus, but not a mandatory requirement

The ideal candidate for this role will be:

- Passionate about passenger cars

- Entrepreneurial approach with sales and marketing / commercial orientation

- Strong project management skills to run multiple projects simultaneously. Easily balances competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
