Job description:

- Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.

- Liaison with Product Managers and Development to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales organization.

- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems

- Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.

- Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Product Management and Development regarding products including coordinating gaps between product functionality and market/customer demands.

- In conjunction with Sales Personnel, develop and conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments, expectations, customer organization, etc.

- Creating and delivering proposals and presentations

- Strong networking skills should be able to cross sell IT product and product engineering/solutions

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Minimum of 7-10 yrs of pre-sales experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication; self motivated, dynamic, team player, result driven, relationship builder, independent worker

- Able to communicate technical and business information

- Excellent interpersonal relation building skills

- Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements

- Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple solutions and products

- Must be currently selling for a small to mid-sized IT Services Company.

- Software Products/ Services/ R&D Understanding

- Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible.

- Should have knowledge on IT security, BFSI domains

- Must know Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Visio Skills
