Position Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Sales / Solutions Consultant to join our team.

- As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process by demonstrating the value and capabilities of our Omni Channel Contact Centre and CRM solution to prospective clients.

- You will work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements, develop tailored solution proposals, and deliver compelling presentations.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contact center operations, customer relationship management (CRM), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and align the solution offering to meet their needs.

2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and capabilities of the Omni Channel Contact Centre and CRM solution.

3. Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, providing expert guidance and recommendations on how the solution can solve their business challenges.

4. Prepare and deliver tailored solution proposals and high-quality presentations that effectively address customer pain points and articulate the value proposition.

5. Work closely with the product team to stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of the solution and provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends.

6. Assist in creating and maintaining sales collateral, including presentations, demo environments, solution briefs, and competitive analysis.

7. Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of competing solutions and position our solution effectively in the market.

8. Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth handover of the project from the sales phase to the implementation phase.

9. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the contact center and CRM space.

10. Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote the solution and build industry relationships.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2. Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably in the contact center or CRM industry.

3. Strong understanding of contact center operations, customer experience, and CRM concepts.

4. Knowledge of Omni Channel Contact Centre solutions and CRM platforms.

5. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

6. Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into compelling solution proposals.

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

8. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

9. Proficiency in creating visually appealing and impactful presentations using tools like PowerPoint.

10. Experience with CRM solutions, such as Salesforce, Kapture, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CRM, is preferred or CCaaS solutions (Exotel, Ozonetel, etc.)

11. Familiarity with contact center technologies, such as IVR, ACD, CTI, and workforce management, is a plus.
