Requirements :

a. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Aerospace or equivalent engineering from a recognized institute.

b. 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in the Composite design & development or equivalent.

c. Should be proficient in Composite Design and Manufacturing Process, including Material and Manufacturing Technologies.

d. Knowledge and exposure to Aerospace manufacturing practices like Assembly Integration is desirable.

e. Knowledge of Outsourcing, Supplier Integration, Manufacturing Planning is desirable.

f. Fundamental knowledge across the following; CAM/CAD/CAE tools, Automation Technology.

g. Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to professionally represent company in front of named Major Key-Account's enterprise-level customers.

h. Must have skills to deliver presentations for end users and senior executives.

i. Aerospace Industry experience desirable.

j. Open to travel extensively within India and occasionally abroad

k. The individual must be able to work independently and within a team environment. Should be a self-starter and able to take initiative as needed.

Responsibilities :

Position Summary :

a. In support of sales efforts, determine business needs at customers and prospects in composites solutions particularly for aerospace industry, select appropriate suites of technology and showcase compelling value proposition through demonstrations and written proposals leveraging available collaterals.

Duties and Responsibilities :

a. Maintain an understanding of global practices, industry trends and knowledge of solution in composites applications in various industries as well as for general aerospace industry and SPLM's strengths & differentiators as opposed to competitors products and articulate these clearly to the sales team.

b. Engage with customers and prospects to understand their technical needs, manufacturing processes and business aspirations. Effectively communicate product capabilities, strengths and differentiators through customized presentations, demonstrations & written proposals.

c. Educate customers on the features, functions, and business benefits of company.

d. Manage escalations of issues from customers and interface with internal product development.
