Presales and Solution Architect

A. Roles and Responsibility :

- Actively establish client relationships at all stakeholder levels, characterized by mutual trust and respect.

- In conjunction with the Sales teams, develop individual customer user adoptions strategies and plans to support the full software lifecycle, ensuring maximum return on customer investment.

- Take accountability for preparing Consulting proposals with Delivery responsibilities incorporating relevant input from the delivery teams.

- Will direct solution decisions to complex Client problems across the SAP landscape and throughout the project / programme lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise, and guidance on best practices, and with a strong strategic awareness within SAP market and associated technologies.

- Engaging with Clients in understanding their requirements, scoping, discovering and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and use cases and a roadmap to meet their goals

- Creating innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings

- Acting as the guardian of the solution, governing scope, solution agility and the integrity of the solution across work streams

- Supporting our Business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for SAP transformations

- Very Strong Presentations and demonstrations Skills

- Deliver Proof of Concepts(POC), by working with SAP functional and technical team

- Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken, written),

- Excellent Project Management skills.

B. WORK EXPERIENCE :

- 6 plus years extensive experience pre-sales or delivery roles. 

- Proven track record of successful customer engagements. 

- Experience in working with virtual account teams. 

- Experience in decision making within own area of responsibility / project. 

- 2 End to End Implementation experience as a Project Manager / Program Manager 

- Exposure to Project Management, Proposal and RFP responses
