Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our client's team as an AWS Cloud Solutions Designer. This role combines technical expertise with operational acumen, primarily focusing on designing and delivering cost-effective cloud solutions that meet our customers' requirements. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and propose AWS cloud solutions based on detailed analysis of customer requirements, ensuring both technical viability and cost-effectiveness.

2. Engage in the entire sales process, aiding the sales team in meeting their objectives by providing expert support and tailored AWS solutions.

3. Develop comprehensive responses to RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals), including both technical and commercial elements.

4. Create and deliver compelling technical presentations to stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and details of proposed solutions.

5. Contribute to the design and implementation of AWS cloud strategies for a variety of applications, including disaster recovery, DevOps management, database modernization, and backup solutions.

6. Offer expertise in migrating large-scale systems to AWS or other public cloud platforms, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition.

7. Provide insights and solutions for AWS security and network services, enhancing our offerings' overall security posture and performance.

8. Continuously update and refine AWS solution documents, scope of work documents, and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analyses tailored to customer needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in AWS solution design, with a strong portfolio of successful cloud deployments.

2. Knowledgeable in designing database solutions and large-scale public cloud migrations, particularly to AWS.

3.Familiarity with AWS security and network services, with the ability to design robust and secure cloud architectures.

4.Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical approach to overcoming challenges.

5.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of collaborating effectively across teams and with clients.

6.Excellent presentation skills, with a knack for articulating complex technical details in an understandable and persuasive manner.

7. A results-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving consistent business performance through effective cloud solutions.

Role Composition:

This position is predominantly technical, comprising approximately 80% technical duties alongside 20% operational responsibilities, focusing on delivering high-quality AWS cloud solutions and supporting the sales team's success.
