Excellent presentation skills : - Direct experience in working with customers on Solutions Architecting for Infrastructure transformation and Managed services Operations - Understanding of Infrastructure Management Services and the respective market - Must understand ISO/ITIL Process, and have an appreciation for bleeding edge of technology in Infrastructure Management - Should have Presales Experience / Solutions Architecting Exposure - Should be able to present the solution with customer (IT Managers and C level exec- s) - Should understand typical delivery models such as Remote Services, Hybrid Services, difference between Service Selling and People Selling (Staff Augmentation) - Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing IMS services opportunities. - This includes pursuit management, deal strategy, deal structuring and story boarding, solutions architecting - Creating solutions in collaboration with multiple teams and construct overall response - Working closely with different Solutions teams, BDMs, AMs - Should derive efforts and different Pricing Model - Contribute to the growth of IMTS revenue - Solution design, development and Documentation Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Interface with Delivery teams for effective effort estimations and deriving solution that is best suited to customers - Work along with Delivery team to create Case studies and white papers that would demonstrate Experience and capabilities - Set customer expectations consistent with our service offerings and delivery potential
