Presales-Proposal Development
- Develop value propositions and create proposals for addressing opportunities
- Manage the day to day proposal development activities to produce a winning compliant proposal response on time and on budget
- Develop work plans, schedules, and milestones directing proposal management activities and ensuring the compliance to RFP requirements
- Manage proposal team and resources as required to stay on schedule
- Collaborate with the Sales Leads in planning resourcing and reviewing proposal content
- Manage resources and coordinate action items from internal reviews and interact with proposal team to complete work products.
- Facilitate development of all components of the proposal and ensure proposal structure complies with RFP requirements.
- Collaborate with different Capabilities Teams to create meaningful propositions.
- Collaborate with onshore client teams for opportunity advancement.
- Provide ongoing support to take the opportunities to closure.
- Track pipeline and ensure target achievement
