Presales Role - IT

Job description :

- Obsessed with solving customer problems.

- Passionate commitment to proactively closing sales deals by creating a powerful value proposition that appeals to senior non - technical leaders

- 5+ years of experience in a sales/solutions engineering role, with experience in the B2B SAAS space for enterprise accounts

- A firm understanding of enterprise integration methodologies, best practices and API/SDK architecture and the unique opportunities mobile apps bring

- A firm understanding of the challenges faced by B2C marketers and should be able to formulate firm strategies to tackle the same

- Superior organisational skills working with multiple customers and can switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands

- Technical experience/understanding in any of the following areas: Mobile web platform, SaaS architecture and ESP architecture

- Good technical knowledge to help clients make appropriate customizations

- Experience running Proof of Concepts with a high conversion rate

- Background in customer success, account management, project management, or technical pre- sales of digital techniques such as ad platforms and networks, marketing automation/ CRM/ similar etc. is a good to have.

Responsibilities :

- Understands and qualify customer goals and effectively articulate and ability to bring value to customers.

- Understands the concept of needs-based selling and articulates and communicates using that language.

- Work in concert with the Account Executives/ across teams including developers to build and adapt sales strategies and drive towards successful sales into Global companies/local companies.
