Presales Role - F&A Domain - BPO (9-20 yrs)
Hiring for F&A Presales for a Leading MNC
- 9+ years of overall experience and 4+ years of relevant presales/sales experience in F&A digital presales roles (Master degree preferred)
- Good overall knowledge of digital levers (ERP functionality enhancements, Process platforms, Robotics, AI solns., analytics) with in-depth functional knowledge of at least 1 lever with associated solutions (COTS - Commercially Off The Shelf) and its use cases
- Ability to articulate business metrics improvement across all F&A towers (PTP, RTR, OTC, FPN&A, Tax & Treasury) that can be achieved through digitization
- Ability to solution design (tool fitment, feasibility, viability, commercials and value proposition along with customized demos)
- Ability to position "digital as a differentiator" for IBPM pursuits and ability to contextualize the digital pitch customized to industry trends/customer priorities
- Ownership of F&A digital pipeline (IBPM and standalone digital advisory pursuits) and associated win-loss % with an ability to proactively market digital offerings (capability pitches)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build-deliver executive level power-pitche
