Presales Professional - Contact Center Technology - BPO

We are recruiting a Business Acumen for Pre Sales with one of our MNC BPO clients which is setting up a team in India

Educational Qualification: The ideal candidate should be BE/BTech in Engineering preferably with Telecommunication, Electronics, or Computer Science. The selected candidate will work closely with the sales team being part of the IT team. The candidate will be responsible for end to end bid management from the initial requirement gathering to submitting working proposal to clients till closure.

Years of Experience: 8+ years

Technical Experience:

- Must have strong and working experience in contact center technology (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Aspect, etc) namely ACD, IVR, inbound, outbound, voice/screen recording systems, CRM/CTI, email, chat and social media solutions.

- Must have experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs, bids/tenders, preparing proposals, scope of work and end to end bid management from inception till closure.

- Must have experience in designing CCT solution, preparing technical presentations, presenting it to clients along with sales team.

- Must have experience in preparing commercial proposals, costing and pricing of IT infrastructure from a CCT perspective.

- Good in making presentations (ppt) of contact center solution design, architecture, network diagrams, etc

- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Should be flexible wrt timing and willing to work in multiple time zones 24x7
