Job Description: Presale Medical Devices – Manager/Senior Manager

- Lead proactive/ RFX proposals independently with minimal oversight

- Manage cross functional teams for solution design/proposals/projects

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunity areas

- Plan & Conduct go to- market campaigns

Background & Skills

- Experience in BD/Pre-sales/Solutioning in Pharma & Medical Devices BPO

- Experience in Presales for creating RFx responses, solution creation and value proposition themes

- Should have in depth understanding of various pricing models and industry benchmark Metrics

- Ability to provide summarized research and analysis reports to the senior management on the trends, changes, influences

- Ability to translate client’s requirements into Proposal strategies and winning themes

- Experience Minimum 8 Years
