Job Purpose : The Pre-sales Consultant works closely with the Sales team and is responsible for providing technical and consultative pre-sales support in order to expand the client base of TeleDNA.
Job Description :
- Support the sales team with the technical portions of deals to drive revenue.
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs etc.
- Understand customer inputs and design solutions to meet the customer requirements
- Responsible for solution development, competitive costing, and commercial proposition integration and business case
- Confidently articulates all aspects of solution and persuasively communicates value to the client
- Increase the market coverage through proactive specifications & innovative solution designs
- Interact with Prospects and Customers and explain overall solution and its impact on the Prospects/Customers business drivers
- Critique solutions with the help of cross functional teams and also provide guidance to the team to enable them to develop the best solution for the client
- Review Pre-Sales documents, Service Level Agreements, Contracts, etc. from a delivery perspective to ensure deliverability of the same
- Identify new offerings as per new market trend
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product stack and be able to position our solution versus our competitors.

- Strong Qualification skills. Being able to research a prospect, analyze the technical requirements/needs and asses the technical and commercially feasibility.
- Outstanding presentation preparation and delivery skills;
- ROI development to help customers understand value of solution and be able to present to customers and internal executive management
- Consultative/solution selling methodologies
- Articulating a technology vision to executives and business line managers
- Ability to work with and communicate with technical people
