Spectral Consultants is Hiring For One of the LPO in Gurgaon

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- RFP response / proposal development process

- End to end ownership to create high quality responses.

- Collaborate with global sales, delivery and operations teams.

- Author new content and modify existing content to suit RFP context.

- Work with domain experts to develop new solutions.

- Handling multiple projects in parallel across service domains.

- Sales and marketing collateral

- Use existing content to put together PPT decks and discussion documents for client meetings.

- Create new content with the help of domain/ solution experts

- Support sales outreach campaigns with research and analysis inputs through online research and usage of legal databases.

- Assist in ideation and development of new sales and marketing campaigns.

- Research relevant publications to identify industry and competitor information

DESIRED PROFILE:

- 4-6 years of relevant experience.

- Strong presales / sales support experience in ITES/ Consulting/ KPO environment working with senior members from global sales, delivery and operations teams.

- Should have handled RFP, lead generation and sales content management in a structured and system driven organization.

- M.B.A from a reputed B-school (preferably with an engineering background)
