we have an urgent role with a leading Tech Logistic SAAS Startup

Our software is used by businesses around the globe to manage deliveries, visits and rides for their fleets.

we are building a solutions architect team to work within the sales organization to drive customer adoption and accelerate revenue growth.

What we are looking at

- Prior technical Pre-Sales experience

- Prior experience presenting to IT executives, decision makers and highly technical audiences

- Fluency with API first Web/Mobile development and tools, including but not limited to: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, React, Flutter, Javascript, Android, iOS, Java, Python

- Ability to present our unique value proposition, vision, strategy, and road map

- Strong bias for action, drive, initiative

- Charismatic self-starter with a natural ability on stage, in the spotlight, and with customers

- Analytical ability, problem solving skills and decision-making skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication, able to build relationships easily and deepen them over time

- Authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their business challenges

- Passionate about post-sales customer success

- Experience in logistics, delivery, or fleet management

- Experience selling API first SaaS solutions

- We are looking for a Sales Focused Solutions Architect with mastery in selling technology to technical decision makers and developers.

- Candidates must have extensive knowledge of the full-stack software development landscape and a customer-focused mindset.

- Must be a hands-on technical expert who will drive sales activities in the region. This is not a passive technical advisory role supporting sales efforts with technical slides and documentation. This is a proactive, engaging, customer-focused, problem-solving position with the goal of driving sales results.

- As a sales focused solution architect you will work with Sales team to qualify prospective buyers, discover their business issues, identify the problems and link our solution to these problems and goals in a differentiated solution map.

- Finally, you will be expected to identify the value metrics (KPIs) that will define customer success, understand the decision making process, and build a plan to ensure that a positive outcome is achieved.
