Job Responsibility

a) Understand client requirement through RFX / Client interaction and create solutions independently that covers the overall solution approach, transition model & timeline, Operating model with proposed Governance structure, SLAs / KPIs, Process improvement and transformation.

b) Ability to independently create presentation for solution defence and defend the same with the client.

c) Work with the Customer’s organization along with the internal account & legal team in finalizing the SoW/ Contract

d) Lead Due Diligence (DD) & Transitions activities

e) Support delivery team till the BAU stage

f) Keep abreast of the market and Create new offering whenever required

Expected Profile

- SHOULD BE FROM THE PRE-SALES or SOLUTIONS background in Human Resource Operations (HRO) supporting the sales and business development teams in RFX/RFI activities for HRO Process.

- HRO Process knowledge in Industries like BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing and General HR activities.
Can also look at candidate with operations experience in HR / HR Operations and involved in solutions support (or) pre-sales support.

Job Location - Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore.
