Responsibilities :
Bid Management :
- End-to-end Bid Management (RFP/RFI)
- Running pursuit strategy along with pursuit team
- Formulate the pursuit team by reaching out to respective functions within the organization [Sales, Delivery, Practice, COE, Finance, Legal, Facilities, DRM, etc.,]
- Identifying the Win Themes, Value Propositions and using the same while responding
- Preparation of initial RFP/RFI response and story boarding the entire response document
- Responsible for proofreading proposals, responses, and client presentations for quality, cohesiveness of win themes, accuracy of content
- Bid Pricing & Commercial Modeling
- Development of Business and Financial modeling
- Reviews with Financial Analysts
- Preparation of valid - Business Case- and taking approvals from Management
Knowledge Management :
- Designing and managing - Knowledge repository: collaterals, capabilities & case study creation
- Proactive Pitches
- Collaborate with sales team and solution strategists to develop proposals and presentations that lead to winning new business.
- Providing active sales support to the sales/ field force - Working actively with identified partners.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to jointly manage relationships with potential prospects.
- Manage Client visits

- Bid Management and anchoring winning solutions
- Achieving revenue targets in conjunction with the sales team
