Salesforce Pre-Sales Head for a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.

The Salesforce Senior Presales Solutions Architect will join the Salesforce Horizontal Business Unit (HBU) to focus on and engage with Salesforce Presales activities.

While most of your time will be dedicated to Salesforce Presales tasks and activities supporting the Sales Organization in North America, Europe, and APAC regions, you will also be expected to contribute to Salesforce COE. As a Senior Salesforce Presales Solutions Architect, you will establish yourself as a credible, trusted advisor translating business objectives into winning and differentiated solutions on the Salesforce platform based on time spent with the customer and truly understanding their business needs and requirements

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Own the definition and design of Salesforce solutions to meet customer-specific requirements, in line with business needs and priorities, which align with the customers Enterprise IT strategy

- Develop the right solution from a functional and technical perspective

- Demonstrate the right approach to solving complex business problems

- Adhere to Salesforce best practices and innovative approaches to rapidly create and deploy solutions on the Salesforce Platform

- Extend the Salesforce investment, leveraging the power of the Salesforce platform, data, and integrations to deliver a tailored experience across multiple channels within the customers ecosystem

- Work closely with the customers Solutions Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, and other team members to ensure that the outcomes delivered meet the business benefits and adhere to agreed standards, policies, and design patterns

- Work diligently on RFP and proactive proposal responses including proposal estimations using various models (Fixed Price, T&M, Fixed Capacity, etc.)

- Communicate the benefits of the Salesforce architecture to customers and prospects as they look to transform their business

- Evangelize the benefits of the broad Salesforce Platform and conduct business and technical workshops and education sessions

- Work with COE to build and present customized demos highlighting technical capabilities and innovation available on the Salesforce platform and cross-cloud approaches, ability to understand the customers business & IT department requirements and translate those business needs
