- Actively supported the sales teams in promoting and identifying effective solutions, articulating functional, technical fit and completeness, responding to the customer requests for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP)

- Identified, understood and defined customer needs, objectives and business requirements, designed a solution that can best meet the client's requirements

- Worked on various pricing and business models to articulate and develop the right solution to the client

- Participated in the reviews of large deals, highlighted the risks and enabled the relevant mitigation strategies

- Communicate the business requirements to project/implementation team after completion of sale to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages
