Designation: Can be discussed, based on current exp.

Exp looking for: 8 - 12 years

Responsibilities:

Can work independently on defining solution for mid-side, complex projects or contribute to solution of a program.

Is expected to specialize in a technology (SAP/ORACLE)/domain/functional competency area within the organization And / or Is expected to have worked on Consulting assignments (Performance Improvement / BPR led IT initiatives) in supply chain space in RCT domain

Get involved in practice reusable component inventory and knowledge management.

Represents the practice/domain in deal negotiations in the sales support cycle, or lead delivery issue resolutions when required. Gets involved in assignments in large programs.

Helps in defining business and technological solutions which help customer design and implement new generation business processes and organization capabilities.

Additional Responsibilities

Ability to take the functional and non-functional requirements and propose solution that will be able to meet the requirements.

Identify the design areas and the integration point between these areas (atleast few of the design areas). Effectively track the integration points in the design to ensure there are no omissions.

Work with the design team to realize the architecture by providing suggestions on design options.

Review and validate the design decisions taken by the design teams.

Work with client architecture teams in- defining overall solution architecture - procure the enterprise standards that need to be followed - validate the non-functional requirements

Present the architecture and design to necessary stake holders as required.

Working experience with common SDLC methods (RUP, Velociq) 8. Must have worked in at least one medium complex architecture

Skills:

Ability to conduct Consulting engagements, do requirements gathering from customers, understand business need and articulate solutions. Deep skills in number crunching and ability to interpret Financial statements

Negotiation, Presentation Skills should be apt to showcase technology depth and breadth of the organization.

Ability to map to the right stakeholders, multivendor/practice/party coordination.

Proactive approach towards generating downstream business revenue by analyzing the as is business of the customer. Account Mining to generate opportunities.

Incumbent has depth and breadth of technical / functional/ domain know-how.
