- Technical knowledge of Oracle commerce stack ( ATG, Endeca, WebCenter Sites) - Atleast 4-5 project engagements
- 3-4 years of pre-sales experience, Good understanding of omni channel commerce domain
Role and Responsibility
- Handle end-to-end presales process - RFP to proposal
- Establish best practices & templates for Sales/Presales processes
- Co-ordinate with sales team to drive new solutions & services definition based on market study
- Co-ordinate with services & technology to update customer case studies, organizational updates.
- Own end-to-end customer & organizational demos
- Manage Customer DB acquisition & maintenance, Drive customer segmentation.
- Assist with marketing material: executive presentations, website, social media, partner websites, posting on technical communities, white paper publishing, webinars, marketing events, etc-
- Quick cross learner - Fusion Middleware, ODI, Informatica-Heiler, SAP-Hybris technologies
- Excellent communication, comprehension and presentation capabilities
- Travel as needed (~20% during 2015)
