Location : Gurgaon (Will be onsite on Philippines for 1 to 1.5 years)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Presales :

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Engineering or MBA Graduate having over 4-5 years of experience in business and technology consulting, Presales, SI/ Customer / Partner relationship & strategic tie-ups, marketing in BFSI Domain.

- Track record of driving large Newgen solution engagements.

- Experience in Client Engagement, Consulting Program management and Solution Architecture.

- Proficiency in analyzing the customer's business, applications and converting the business needs into viable technical solutions.

- Should be an expert in handling a diverse range of software products, solutions and concepts relevant to diverse industries. Experience in providing software solutions in BFSI vertical is a must.

- Expertise in designing & implementing training programs for bringing keen customer focus, high energy level, team spirit and knowledge dissemination among employees.

- Excellent written, communication, inter personal, liaison and problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi cultural environment.

Business Strategy :

Business Strategy for Newgen Products & Solutions across verticals including :

- Analysis and forecasts of emerging technologies and business opportunities Strategic tie-up with system integrators/business partners to support Newgen's offerings and establish practices in terms of Workflow Applications and Document Management services/solutions.

- Strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization

- Strong understanding of business goals and ability to create an IT strategy to meet those goals.

Solutioning :

- Ideation, Conceptualization of business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation

- Consultative solutioning, Deal Structuring and Strategic Consulting

- Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning for appropriate products and solutions.

- Strategic pricing in competitive markets.

- Identifying new markets in terms of products, need based segments, demographic profiles.

Relationship Management :

- Seeks and builds healthy relationships with key account's decision-making teams and periodically interface them with key Newgen stakeholders.

- Work closely with regional sales or commercial team to provide specific input to the customer.

Competition :

- Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition across industries

- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
