We are looking for a dynamic individual who is hands-on and has diverse experiences in the technology domain to lead the technology front at PrepTap.   PrepTap (www.preptap.com) is an Edu-Tech startup by IIT/IIM grads that is looking to change the way we learn. We are developing a K12 Math product that makes the learning process enjoyable and ensures conceptual understanding.   We are looking for an individual who is excited about making a difference in the education space and is ready to take care of the Tech front. He/she can work part time and needs to devote only 2-3 days a week initially.  Any experience with projects dealing in AI is highly desirable.  RESPONSIBILITIES:  Develop the learning and practice platform (with possible AI usage in the mid-term)  Responsible for the technical architecture, code quality, performance, security and scalability  Find and select talented people and build up a great team  Providing visible leadership to the company on the technology front  Establishing technical standards and ensuring adherence to them for company operations  QUALIFICATIONS:   B.Tech from premiere engineering college (IIT, NIT, or other Tier 1 institutes)  4-5 years of hand-on experience in a tech role preferred  DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:  Should be a self-starter with a high sense of ownership  Must be passionate and possessive about pursuing his/her ideas  Deep technical knowledge in architecture and infrastructure  Fluent in at least two of the following languages: C++, Go, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Java, Python  Strong analytical skills with strong problem solving abilities  Extremely comfortable in fast-paced startup environment  COMPENSATION: Equity Only
