Job Description:
1. Work with the founders to understand/identify product gaps, vision and create innovative products or add innovative features in the product.
2. Conduct market research, understand competitive landscape and develop product sales strategies
3. Determines offerings pricing by analyzing market, unit economics, margins and customer behavior
4. Identify key success metrics for the business, products and offering and continuously work towards achieving those metrics
5. Create MRD/PRD and work closely with tech team to get the product delivered on time
6. Work with designing team to create user friendly designs
Job Specifications:
1. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
2. Effective cross-functional team management
3. Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
4. Exceptional writing and editing skills
5. Strong presentation and public speaking skills
