- Drive the product end-to-end, working closely with the development Team/ vendors in line and coming up with the Product Strategy, Drive prioritization and optimization on conflicting goals.
- To develop, manage and implement programs in prepaid to enhance issuance/acquisition, retention numbers & revenue through value for money products.
- Competition mapping, analysis & proposing new products. Ensure smooth roll out of new products and strategies for achievement of business objective
- He/ She will be responsible for the product leadership, driving the product end to end
- Training of all customer services & CPC and also corporates on existing as well as new products to ensure error free service delivery
- High level of coordination both at the backend & front end (sales team) to ensure error free delivery of products in the market done thru- planning meticulous execution.
- High level of sensitivity to market dynamics, keep a track of competition ensuing product & market superiority done through market visits, innovative products & streamlined support to sales team
