Position Identification:

Position Title : Business Head- Recruitment (P&L Responsibility)

Country : India

Location: Delhi

Qualification: MBA from Premier B-School preferred

Reporting to: Top Management

Salary: 15+ LPA

Job Purpose:

Go-getters needed to build an across the board searching, analyzing and deploying manpower (Executive to Lower level) for global markets. Rich exposure to Domestic & International Recruitment/Business hiring, Development, Strategic new Initiative Planning, Budgeting, Provisioning.

Key Result Areas and Responsibilities:

KRA: Leading & Coaching team

- Responsible for strategy formulation, successful implementation & sales growth in time with business targets.

- Oversee the Profit and loss of the business unit by establishing strong sales Contract with all Target Customers.

- Heading the Business Operations, Expansion & Development of Sales Network.

- Managing the vertical for Business Development, Industrial Sales and Commercial Business.

KRA: Developing Strategies:

- Setting direction based on channel strategy, engaging others with a clear direction, goals and targets.

- Delegating work appropriately and fairly. Empowering, trusts &motivating others.

- Recruiting, Training, Retaining &Motivating the team &ensuring quality deliverables in the market.

- Providing team with development opportunities.

- Directing the team about the Process for enhancing the Overall performance and ensuring delivery of laid objectives.

- Ensuring delivery of individual and category target set for the team as per the business plan layout.

Required Competencies:

- Entrepreneurial mindset

- Analytical skills with strong business acumen.

- Ability to manage and motivate Team to deliver results.

- Must be strong in People Management

- Strategic thinking with right attitude.

- Go-getter and account hunter.

- Harvest existing relationship.

- Willing to travel extensively

Experience & Qualification:

Qualifications: Post Graduation from Tier-1 B-Schools.

Experience: 8+years. Preferably in recruiting business.
