Predictive Modeling Analyst

Job Description

This position will be responsible for –

- Extracting, collating, performing data integrity checks, manipulating and analyzing data.

- Customer reporting & profiling, clustering & segmentation, development of predictive models / strategies, campaign tracking and model tracking /validations.

- Document and present work to internal and business clients. Proactively recommend and influence businesses to use analytics for business decision-making.

Skills/Experience Required

- A desirable candidate should have a combination of problem solving skills, analytical skills, knowledge of statistical techniques /methods and programming skills - SAS / SQL.

- The candidate should have a Masters or Bachelors degree in either Economics (econometrics) or Statistics or MBA (with strong quantitative background).

- The candidate must have excellent inter-personal skills, presentation & documentation skills, flexibility & adaptability and ability to work in a team environment.

- The candidate must have the ability to execute projects self-reliantly and guide junior team members in the team.

- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in the area of predictive modelling / strategy development.
