PreSales - Telecom (OSS/BSS)

Skills Required

- Substantial experience in pre-sales and specifically in solution architecting is must

- Experience in handling large Telecom accounts is must

- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

- In-depth understanding of Processes, Systems, Technologies used in Telco. Business

- Should have good understanding of contracting, pricing, estimations

- Architect winning solutions as part of the pre-sales process

Customer Interactions :

- Ability to interact with the customers at all levels

- Should be able to interact with Customer for clarifications /initial calls/ understand and articulate the scope of engagement.

- Should be able to interact with infrastructure teams for quick turnaround of any solutions to cater the requirements of the Customers

- Should be willing to travel and present/deliver application demos to the Customer Proposal Preparation Understanding

- Review Technical proposals with required scope

- Solution Design - Should be able to design the solution based on the requirements of the Customers
