Experience :

- Result-oriented professional with 5 – 7 years of experience across pre-sales and solutions.

- Key area of expertise should include research and designing solutions for Capital Markets.

- Played a key role in acquiring marquee clients in Capital Markets.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in the demand creation and demand management exercise for Global Operations pursuits.

- Handling large pursuits & RFPs.

- Engage with onsite sales and account team for Business Opportunity assessment.

- Participate in diagnostic studies / workshops to identify outsourcing opportunities for clients.

- Closely work with key operations stakeholders and account teams to understand client requirements and processes.

- Market intelligence related activities such as tracking industry trends / competitor strategies & plan.

- Design service offering and outsourcing solution / proposals based on client requirements.

- Develop collaterals, case studies, re-usable content that aid in developing RFPs / RFIs.

- Map and identify opportunities within the existing accounts.

- Ability to map processes & sub-processes across capital markets and banking.

- Experience of operating model redesign assessments.
