Role Description  - Responsible for Pre-sales activities for Managed Infrastructure Services (MIS) and End User Services (EUS)  - Responsible for managing / responding to RFI/RFP/RFQ for MIS and EUS  - Develop / Architect the MIS / EUS solution  - Work with account management/ finance/ delivery teams for jointly developing the MIS and EUS solution  - Bid Management  - Lead /Participate in Due Diligence /Customer Meetings /Solution Defense  - Managing Client Visits  Competencies / behavioral skills:  Candidate should have experience in Managed Infrastructure Services and End-User services pre-sales and have:  - deep understanding of business environment  - should have won large MIS and EUS deals  - good conceptual knowledge on Operations Transformation  - good knowledge of outsourcing models and should have structured outcome based pricing engagements  - developed new accounts, and have the capability to translate the customer business issues in to requirements  - Is confident of presenting solutions to CIOs / CXOs  - Candidate must possess excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills  - Candidate should be certified in ITIL V3 and other relevant managed services certifications"
