Antal International is looking for Pre sales Consultant for a leading SAAS B2B Product Company.
Key responsibilities -
- Support the sales teams from a technical standpoint, enabling them to win deals and at the same time making sure that product would be a perfect fit for the customers.
- Role also involves working closely with customers setting up workflows or redefining them.
- Ensuring support to on boarding of new customers, making sure that they are fully satisfied from a technical perspective.
- The technical face of Organization. Part subscription billing educators, part recurring revenue consultants.
- To help in bridging the gap between the solution that Company is building and the problem that the world is solving with it.
- Help prospects address their challenges by providing creative, out-of-the-box solutions and ensure we are a part of the customer journey from the initial inquiry phase up until their historical data is migrated
- Grapple with Customer queries on a daily basis and engage with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and help tweak the product.
